By accessing and using Shelve·ly (hereinafter, the "Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use the Service.
Service description
Shelve·ly is a web platform that allows users to manage their video game collection, write reviews, create custom lists and follow other users' activity. Video game data comes from IGDB (Internet Game Database).
Registration and user account
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities carried out under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service responsibly. The following is prohibited:
- Publishing offensive, defamatory, illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or systems without authorization
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without prior authorization
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Collecting data from other users without their consent
User content
You are responsible for the content you publish (reviews, lists, comments). By publishing content, you grant Shelve·ly a non-exclusive license to display such content within the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content are owned by Shelve·ly. Video game data is provided by IGDB. Registered trademarks and video game logos are the property of their respective owners.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the Website. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of them.
Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals.
