Kwalee was founded in 2011 by David Darling CBE, a key architect of the UK games industry who previously co-founded and led Codemasters. With studios around the world, including Leamington Spa (the UK’s biggest game development hub outside Greater London), our team includes legends such as Andrew Graham (creator of Micro Machines) and Jason Falcus (programmer of classics including NBA Jam) alongside a growing and diverse team of gaming experts.

And in case you’re wondering where the Kwalee name comes from, it’s an Australian Aboriginal word meaning ‘wait for me’, a homage to David’s grandfather who taught him electronics and had a sailboat of the same name.

Combining sudoku-style number puzzles and block-dropping gameplay, the aim of Tens is simple: place dice on the board, make 'tens' in any row or column and clear the board to win.
