X-Men

X-Men is a side-scrolling action game based on the comic book series of the same name. The player can control one of four playable characters: Gambit, Nightcrawler, Wolverine, or Cyclops. In addition, it is possible to call upon four other X-Men in when necessary.

X-Men 2: Clone Wars

Released in 1995, X-Men 2: Clone Wars is a platform game created by Headgames and published by Sega of America for the Mega Drive/Genesis. Serving as a sequel to 1993's X-Men, the game is inspired by the Marvel Comics superhero team, the X-Men.

This marks Sega's second X-Men game for the Genesis. In this instalment, an extraterrestrial entity called the Phalanx aims to take control of the Earth, and the X-Men emerge as humanity's last line of defence against this impending threat.

The gameplay closely resembles the side-scrolling action of its predecessor. Notably, there is an expanded roster of playable characters, including Beast, Gambit, Nightcrawler, Psylocke, Wolverine, Cyclops, and Magneto.

X-Men: Madness in Murderworld

X-Men: Madness in the Murderworld is a 1989 game for PC, Commodore 64, and Amiga.

If the X-Men are to save the day, the player must combine action and adventuring skills. A device to stop Magneto exists, but the pieces must be found. In total, there are over 500 scenes of combat and action.

You can switch between the X-Men at any time, with their special abilities ranging from Wolverine's claws to the Nightcrawler's teleporting incorporated into their moves. Other X-Men regulars feature in the game, complete with their special abilities.

X-Men II: The Fall of the Mutants

In X-Men 2: The Fall of the Mutants the player must assemble a team of five X-Men from a selection of fifteen, and eliminate the evil mutants while playing in a top-down RPG-style environment. When battles commence the player has two choices for how the combat takes place: either side-scrolling action, or turn-based RPG-style combat. In the side-scrolling action fights, the player can use each of the team members' powers to kill the foes.

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions

Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions blends together the many alternate universes of the world-famous webslinger with four unique takes on Spider-Man's history in comics. In the game, Spider-Man attempts to retrieve a piece of a tablet that's been scattered across multiple parallel dimensions, and in doing so he crosses over to storylines famous to comic book aficionados as variant tellings (including The Amazing Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2099, Spider-Man Noir & Ultimate Spider-Man) of the Spider-Man mythology.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 is the second game in the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance series, and is loosely based on the events of the Civil War comic book story line. It brings with it a larger roster of heroes and villains to play as, as well as more ways to utilize your team in battle.

X-Men Origins: Wolverine

A port of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, a hack-and-slash action-adventure game loosely based on the film of the same name.

The Amazing Spider-Man

The Amazing Spider-Man is an action-adventure video game released in 2012, developed by Beenox and published by Activision. The game serves as a tie-in to the 2012 film of the same name, though it features its original storyline that continues after the movie's events. Players control Spider-Man as he swings through an open-world version of New York City, battling criminals and iconic villains like the Lizard and Rhino while facing Oscorp's mutated creatures.

The game focuses on Spider-Man's web-slinging, combat, and exploration abilities. It has a mix of main missions and side activities. The gameplay includes stealth, brawler-style combat, and environmental puzzles.

Deadpool

In Deadpool the player takes control of the loud-mouthed, foul-mouthed, merc-with-a-mouth Wade Wilson (a.k.a. Deadpool). While on out on a contract to kill a corrupt media mogul, Mister Sinister intervenes and kills him instead, drawing the ire of Deadpool who then vows revenge only to stumble upon a bigger plot which could spell the end of humanity.

With the help of some of the X-Men such as Wolverine, Rogue and Domino along with a buddy from the future, Cable, they band together to stop Mister Sinister and his group of Marauders (Arclight, Blockbuster and Vertigo) from succeeding.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes

«Lego Marvel Super Heroes» es un videojuego de acción y aventuras con temática Lego de 2013, desarrollado por Traveller&#x27;s Tales y publicado por Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. El juego presenta una mecánica similar a la de otros títulos de Lego, alternando entre diversas secuencias de acción y aventura y escenarios en los que hay que resolver puzles.

La historia del juego cuenta cómo varios héroes del Universo Marvel unen fuerzas para frustrar los planes del Doctor Doom y Loki, quienes también han reclutado a varios villanos para que les ayuden, y buscan conquistar la Tierra usando el Rayo de la Perdición, un dispositivo construido a partir de los fragmentos de la tabla del Silver Surfer llamados «Ladrillos Cósmicos».

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a crossover fighting game developed by Capcom in collaboration with Eighting. It is an updated version of Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. The game features characters from both Capcom's video game franchises and comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The game was released in November 2011 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and was featured as a launch title for the PlayStation Vita in 2012.

In Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, players select a team of three characters to engage in combat and attempt to knock out their opponents. As an update, the game utilizes largely identical gameplay mechanics to the original. However, both the aerial combat and X-Factor systems, introduced in Fate of Two Worlds, have received adjustments. In addition to gameplay modifications and new playable characters, the game features several aesthetic changes.

After the events of the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami disrupted the development schedule for downloadable content for Fate of Two Worlds, the additional content was created into a standalone title, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, for a discounted retail price. The game received generally positive reviews upon release; critics praised the expanded character roster and improved online experience, but criticized the lack of new features and game modes.

X-Men: Mutant Academy

X-Men: Mutant Academy is a 3-D/2D fighting game developed by Paradox, the company behind Activision's Wu-Tang: Shaolin Style and the never-published Thrill Kill, and based on the X-Men characters from Marvel Comics. The game was released for the Game Boy Color and PlayStation as a tie-in to X-Men.

X-Men: Mutant Academy is a basic fighting game that uses six buttons: three buttons for punches and three for kicks. Due to the success of the game, it was followed by two sequels: X-Men: Mutant Academy 2 and X-Men: Next Dimension. The game's characters can be played both with their comic book costumes and their costumes from the 2000 film X-Men. Characters not present in the film were given costumes of a similar design.

X-Men: Mutant Academy 2

X-Men: Mutant Academy 2 is a PlayStation video game, the sequel to X-Men: Mutant Academy. Both feature the X-Men in a 3-D fighting arena similar to Mortal Kombat 4.

Like its predecessor, the game allows the player to select from several heroes and villains and includes many of the signature moves from the comic. The game also includes a behind-the-scenes look at X-Men: The Movie concept sketches, costumes and other similar material.
