Tron Evolution: Battle Grids

Players create their own programs to battle and defeat enemies in Tron: Evolution - Battle Grids. This version of Tron: Evolution also allows players to move around the world of Tron in Grid Tanks, Light Cycles, Recognizers or on foot for hand-to-hand combat. Story mode includes many games and some small hubs. In each hub there are programs with jobs, or quests that the player can complete for bits (bits can also be found scattered around the hubs). There is a cheat code system for unlocking in-game elements. Up to four players can play at the same time in local multiplayer (there is no online mode).

Tron

Tron is a coin-operated arcade video game manufactured and distributed by Bally Midway in 1982. It is based on the Walt Disney Productions motion picture Tron released in the same year. The game consists of four subgames inspired by the events of the science fiction film. It features some characters and equipment seen in the film, e.g. the Light Cycles, battle tanks, the Input/Output Tower.

Tron: Evolution

Tron: Evolution is an immersive 3rd person action-adventure game that pulls the player into the unique digital world of Tron. Tron 2.0: Killer App Mod

The objective of the Killer App Mod for TRON 2.0 on the PC, is to incorporate elements from TRON 2.0: Killer App for the Xbox platform that were never released for the PC version of TRON 2.0.

It also includes other fixes and additions for the game, such as 16:9 and 16:10 Widescreen support.

New to Version 1.1a of the mod is compatibility with the Steam version of TRON 2.0, easier installation, v1.1 bug fixes, and restored Multiplayer support in-game on both the CD/DVD and Steam versions.

Adventures of Tron

Adventures of Tron is an action game produced by Mattel, and was released for the Atari 2600 in 1983. It is based on the Disney film Tron and received fairly positive reviews from critics.
In the game the player took control of Tron who had to avoid a variety of attackers whilst navigating a grid with four floors. Several aspects of the film appeared in the game including Recognizers, Tanks and Solar Sailers.

Buena Vista Interactive was a publishing label of Buena Vista Games, Inc. used between 2003 and 2007 for its high-profile multi-platform titles.

The exact introduction of the brand remains unclear, as the 2000 games Who Wants To Be A Millionaire: Second Edition and Who Wants to Be a Millionaire: Sports Edition and even the 1995 game Gargoyles already carry it.

Eventually, it was merged with Disney Interactive into Disney Interactive Studios.
