The first Super Swing Game (or better known as Pangya in Japan and Korea) and has a feel of Hot Shots Golf. While based off the Pangya series from Japan, this version's system has been totally revamped for the Wii's control scheme, utilizing the Wii Remote for swinging and putting. The player has ten different courses to play on, ranging from simple lush and green tees to a wind tunnel no less and can choose from eight different characters, each with their own story-line if the player chooses the Story Mode.

There is also multiplayer modes, that can support up to four different players, to choose from: Stroke Play, Match Play and Balloon Pop, where the objective is to hit the ball accurately enough to hit a floating balloon on the course.

PangYa

PangYa is a fantasy-themed online multiplayer golf game where players compete on vibrant, imaginative courses. With anime-inspired characters, customizable outfits, and special power shots, it offers a fun twist on traditional golf. Players can enjoy various game modes, including tournaments, team battles, and seasonal events, all while earning in-game currency (Pang) to unlock new gear. Social features like guilds and mini-games add to the community experience, making PangYa an exciting blend of golf, fantasy, and strategy.

Pangya: Fantasy Golf

In Pangya: Fantasy Golf, players practice and perfect their swing on the nine fantasy fairways of Pangya Island. Combining golf gameplay, endless customization options and a slew of sassy female characters set in beautiful environments, PANGYA: Fantasy Golf is based on the global PC MMO PANGYA game developed by Ntreev Soft, and boasts an original storyline with new, exclusive features for the PSP system. Players can utilize the in-game Pangya Shop to customize as many as 18 playable characters and their golf equipment with thousands of unlockable accessories, outfits, gear and power items to improve their golfer's stats and land that hole-in-one. Multiple gameplay modes including Story, Free Round, License, Tournament and Network Mode offer an engaging and varied golf experience. Additionally, Network Mode allows the ultimate golf gaming fan to connect with up to eight players and compete against one another in either single or team-based tournaments.

PANGYA Mobile is a sports game, where you play Golf. In this game you will find yourself on the magical island of Pangya which was covered by a curse and now your task will be to cleanse the world of evil. Choose a character from the many in the game, by selecting the costumes, clubs and equipment. Choose your style and become a master of the game of Golf. Challenge your competitors in PVP mode and compete with them for the best results. Go through entertaining mini-games and earn rewards.

Rising Star Games is a video game publisher formed in 2004 as a joint business venture between Scandinavian distributor Bergsala and Japanese video game publisher and content developer Intergrow. The company is based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, England while in North America is based in California, USA.

Its focus was to publish titles from Japanese companies for release in European, Australian and North American markets however now has a wider range of products from developers all over the world. So far, the company has published over 105 titles for Wii, Nintendo DS, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation Portable, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and PC.

In 2012, Rising Star Games announced the opening of Rising Star Games USA, where North American releases will be published.

Ntreev Soft (Korean: 엔트리브 소프트) was a South Korean video game development studio primarily known for the development of the online multiplayer golf game PangYa as well as the anime-styled MMORPG Trickster Online.

The developer was shut down on February 15, 2024 by its parent company NCSoft, citing their financial troubles and the developer's string of flops.

Tecmo Co., Ltd. (テクモ株式会社, Tekumo kabushikigaisha), was a Japanese video game corporation founded in 1967, with HQ in Kudankita, Chiyoda, Tokyo.

In 2009, Tecmo merged with Koei to form the holding company Tecmo Koei Holdings and was operated as a subsidiary until its disbandment in early 2010. In April 2010, Tecmo was dissolved and its video game franchises are now published by Koei Tecmo Games.
