Subjugation

Nobody knows where it came from. But it's here. And you can't let it escape. In Subjugation you're put in charge of a containment chamber for one hour, housing a horror unknown to mankind. Maintain it's oxygen, hunger, and anger, to keep it calm and complacent. Escape means the end.
