This collection brings back a gathering of adaptations of the events in the first four Dragonlance role-playing modules, at the beginning of the War of the Lance. These are the first video games adaptations of D&D that started it all.

Baldur's Gate

Baldur&#x27;s Gate es un videojuego de rol de fantasía desarrollado por BioWare y publicado en 1998 por Interplay Entertainment. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II

Using the 3rd Edition Dungeons & Dragons rules set, Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II features four new acts of hack-and-slash combat and powerful spell casting. Even more monster types will engage in real-time battles using the same overhead perspective as witnessed in the original game. Each selected character can parlay the experience gained from combat into acquiring new feats and enhanced abilities over time. To help in battle, a new item creation system lets players craft magical weapons and armor using raw materials found during their travels.

As before, two heroes can join the adventure in cooperative play on the same screen, with each character differing in the types of feats and powers under his or her command. Equipment can be found or purchased from local merchants using the gold looted from felled creatures or received as payment for quests. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II also features a number of hidden areas, secret characters, and literally hundreds of items to find and use, including potions, scrolls, and wands. In addition, the game features a new branching storyline that offers players a choice where to go next for fortune and honor.

Neverwinter Nights 2

Neverwinter Nights 2 (NWN2) is a computer role-playing game set in the fantasy world of the Forgotten Realms, one of the popular campaign settings of Dungeons and Dragons. It takes the player from the tiniest of villages into a sweeping tale of danger and war, chronicling their rise from a peasant to a full-fledged hero of the Realms, defending it against one of the greatest threats of the age.

Build a character that suits your style of play - good or evil, chaotic or lawful, with any number of skills, feats and professions available at the click of a button. Whether lobbing fireballs and researching forgotten spells as a powerful Wizard, hacking a trail through legions of orcs as a Fighter armed only with a battle axe and your courage, or taking on the role of a Rogue that can slip into the shadows at a moment's notice and take the purse from even the most perceptive of guardsmen. Choose your alignment, your allies, your companions, and how you want your character to develop... design the character you want, role-play the way you want, and carry the battle to the enemy.

The design aspects of Neverwinter Nights 2 don't stop there, however. Past the campaign included with the game itself, Neverwinter Nights 2 also gives you all the tools you need to build your own modules, campaigns, and adventures for your friends - move buildings, terrain, script encounters, write dialogues, create quests and items - everything you need to create an epic adventure of your own is included in the toolset for you and any other worldbuilder to use.

Dungeons & Dragons

Champions of Krynn

Even after the good Dragonarmies defeated the evil Dragonarmies in the War of the Lance, there are still pockets of Evil left on the continent of Ansalon, which is located on the world of Krynn. Rampaging through the lands surrounding the cities which are still used as bases of power by the forces of Evil, the characters will uncover a plot by the Aurak Draconian Myrtani to lure the good armies into a trap and wipe them out.

The Dark Queen of Krynn

After successfully fighting the evil forces trying to conquer Krynn, the supreme evil itself wishes to take over the fight. Once again, it's time to protect the land! As in the previous adventures, you need to build up your party, or import it from the previous game.
The gameplay in Dark Queen of Krynn remains similar to the first two games, although the opponents do get tougher. The biggest difference is in the graphics.

DragonStrike

DragonStrike is a flight simulator with some role-playing elements. The player character is a knight who flies on the back of a metallic dragon equipped with a lance and various magic items (among other things a magic orb that acts as a radar in the game).

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Dragons of Flame

This game is a sequel to Heroes of the Lance. It is arcade oriented, with RPG elements. The player utilizes both a top-down view of map travelling, as well as side-view scrolling combat.

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Heroes of the Lance

Heroes of the Lance is a side-scrolling action game. The game used actual Dungeons & Dragons statistics, with statistics for the characters exactly as they were in the rule books. Eight heroes from the Dragonlance novels series must be assembled for the quest, and only one is visible on the screen at a time; when one on-screen hero dies, the next in line appears.

Death Knights of Krynn

Even after defeating Myrtani and putting an end to the draconian threat, evil still lurks in Krynn. Your daring group of adventurers now face a far greater danger...the threat of the dreaded lord Soth and his growing undead army, plotting to destroy all that is good in Krynn.

Shadow Sorcerer

Shadow Sorcerer is a tie-in with the Dragonlance series of novels. The player controls a party of four adventurers that have just rescued 800 slaves and must shepherd them through the wilderness before the evil Dragon army catches up with them. There are three levels to the game:

-Strategic, where the player must move the refugees safely through the wilderness.
- Tactical, where the party explores dungeons and other areas of interest, searching for information and treasure to assist the escape.
- Political, where the players must deal with the refugee leaders and convince them to continue following the party.

All three take place in real-time with the evil dragons constantly on the adventurers' heels slowly picking off the escapees.
