Puzzle Bobble 4 (also known as Bust-a-Move 4 in North America and Europe) is the third sequel to the video game Puzzle Bobble and is the final appearance of the series on the Arcade, PlayStation and Dreamcast. The game is also the final title to be recognizably similar in presentation to the original.

Building upon the success of Puzzle Bobble 3, the game adds a pulley system that requires two sets of bubbles, attached to either side of a rope hanging across two pulleys. The game contains a story mode for single player play.

In total, the game features 640 levels. The console version features a level editor to either create and save a level, set a succession of levels, or to create an unlimited amount of extra levels and stages. It also has an alternative "story mode".

Snowboarding

Agetec's Snowboarding consists of racing downhill and performing death-defying stunts. For speed fans, the Race Mode allows players to race against the clock or two computer-controlled opponents. For those more interested in catching big air, Snowboarding's Trick Mode requires gamers to perform numerous maneuvers to gain more time to complete courses. In both modes, gamers can choose from one of three different boarder characters as they ride through the game's 27 different courses. Additionally, each of these courses can be tackled by two players at once in a horizontally divided split-screen.

Street Sk8er

Take to the streets on one of ten stylin' boards in the first skateboarding game for the PlayStation, courtesy of Electronic Arts and Micro Cabin. Two variations of play include the Street Tour Mode, where you skate through three 3D courses trying to pull off as many tricks as you can within a time limit, and Free Skate Mode, where you either play for points or practice your moves without worrying about the clock.

Mobile Armor

Mobile Armor is a third person shooter game in which the player controls a WWII era tank. The player will take on missions and as the game progresses more tank models will come available.

The story mode can be played on different difficulty levels in which the player takes on enemy tanks and has to avoid landmines. Before each mission the player has to select a tank model each with different specifications. Part of the tank can be customized like the armor and engine. The game offers a co-op and a versus multiplayer mode for up to two players on split screen.

All-Star Slammin' D-Ball

The first dodge ball game released on the PlayStation, All-Star Slammin' D-Ball features a horizontal view of the court as eight teams compete in one of two modes: Single Match and Tournament. Teams are individually rated from one to five in throwing, catching, dashing, and dodging abilities. Offbeat male and female characters of varying skill play for the Wild Cats, Pranksters, Heart Breakers, Ninjas, Snipers, Fireballs, Thunder Bolts, and Elementals.

The game follows the general rules of dodge ball, in that the object is to knock out the opposing members of a team within a time limit. Players with the ball can aim right, left, high, or low. Thrown balls can be caught by the opposing team, which awards them points. These points can then be used to implement special throws such as the grenade, boomerang, and the screwdriver, making the balls more difficult to avoid or catch. Options include adjustable time limits for Single Matches and three levels of difficulty.

Aces of the Air

Fans of classic aircraft take to the skies in Aces of the Air for the PlayStation. Pilot the vintage fliers in realistic 3D combat missions featuring old-school dogfighting techniques and ground combat. Each successfully completed mission earns players a new plane, all created with their own strengths and weaknesses. Those a bit nervous about the first flight will be happy to know a training mode teaches new fliers the basics of vintage aircraft control.

Aces of the Air features realistic, 3-D flight simulation, with a focus on dogfighting techniques using vintage aircraft. Missions include aerial combat, strafing ground troops and materiel, and taking out heavily fortified enemy positions.

Culture Publishers is a Japanese media distribution company founded in January 1998 from Improre. They would be better known for the SIMPLE series of primarily casual games, these would display their MSRP on the very subtitle; e.g. "SIMPLE 2000" games would cost ¥2,000.

In late 1999 Culture Convenience Club would depart from game publishing. The company would spin off into D3 Publisher.

Digital Compatibility Release

Racing as the title suggests is a simple racing game. It features both a short and a long distance race course, a mirrored version of the long course, plus different skill levels. Before a race begins, players select a car (out of 6 total), and then set whether they want automatic or manual transmission, and whether they want a drift or grip setting.

Races have the player racing against 3 opponent racers. Players try to attain the fastest lap times and the fastest total race time while trying to defeat their opponents. The players fastest times can then be saved.

The game also contains a brief tutorial that explains the controls and some techniques of racing.
