Namco Museum 64

Namco Museum 64 is a compilation of several classic arcade games released by Namco, including Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, Pole Position, Galaga, Galaxian and Dig-Dug. The game also features the ability to save high scores with the use of a Nintendo 64 Controller Pak. The N64 Rumble pack can also be used in with this game.

The sixth-generation console iteration of Namco Museum, featuring Pac-Man, Pac-Man Arrangement, Galaga, Galaga Arrangement, Dig Dug, Dig Dug Arrangement, Pole Position, Pole Position II, Ms. Pac-Man, Galaxian, Pac-Attack, and Pac-Mania.

Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga: Class of 1981

Released in 2000 by Namco. This machine features both Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga, both of which were developed in 1981 (although Ms. Pac-Man was actually released in 1982). The original Pac-Man is also an unlockable game, playable by entering a joystick combination. To date, this is one of the most commonly found arcade machines in all of North America.

Galaxy Games StarPak 2

Galaxy Games StarPak 2 is an arcade game released in 1998 by Creative Electronics & Software. It is a multigame conversion kit for Galaxy Games-branded arcade machines, adding additional games. It features unique versions of Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man not found elsewhere, which feature two-player cooperative modes. The games are controlled using a trackball.

Pac-Man is a 1980 maze action video game developed and released by Namco for arcades. It is considered one of the classics of the medium, virtually synonymous with video games, and an icon of 1980s popular culture. Players control Pac-Man, who must eat all the dots inside an enclosed maze while avoiding four colored ghosts. Eating large flashing dots called Power Pellets causes the ghosts to temporarily turn blue, allowing Pac-Man to eat them for bonus points.

Pac-Man takes on the role of the pinball, and his foes Blinky, Inky, Pinky and Clyde are going to do their best to stop him from rescuing the kidnapped residents of Pac-World. Pac-Man Pinball offers multi-ball play with the aid of Ms. Pac-Man, and challenges players to mini-games to keep the action fresh. True to Pac-Man tradition, players can also collect dots and power pellets for points and upgrades.

Twenty years after Pac-Man's first adventure in Pac-Land, Pac-Man returns one day to his house only to find it deserted. Toc-Man and his ghosts have kidnapped Pac-Man's friends, Ms. Pac-Man, Pac Jr., Baby Pac, Professor Pac, Pooka, and Chomp-Chomp the dog! Pac-Man must venture to Toc-Man's lair on Ghost Island to rescue his friends!

Hidden through this 3D adventure game, Pac-Man faces challenging puzzles and games that have appeared in Pac-Man's previous games. Many things in this game are a tribute to original games and even Inky, Blinky, Pinky, and Clyde are back for another chance to get Pac-Man.

Ms. Pac-Man: Maze Madness

Professor Pac learns that the witch, Mesmerelda, has seized control of the Enchanted Castle using black magic and from there is planning on stealing all four Gems of Virtue (Generosity; Truth; Wisdom; Courage) to control the "four wonders" (areas of Pac-Land). He creates a device called a Pactrometer which allows Ms. Pac-Man to go to these areas to recover the gems before Mesmerelda can get them first.

Ms. Pac-Man

In 1982, a sequel to the incredibly popular Pac-Man was introduced in the form of his girlfriend, Ms. Pac-Man. This sequel continued on the "eat the dots/avoid the ghosts" gameplay of the original game, but added new features to keep the title fresh.

Like her boyfriend, Ms. Pac-Man attempts to clear four various and challenging mazes filled with dots and ever-moving bouncing fruit while avoiding Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Sue, each with their own personalities and tactics. One touch from any of these ghosts means a loss of life for Ms. Pac-Man.

Ms. Pac-Man can turn the tables on her pursuers by eating one of the four Energizers located within the maze. During this time, the ghosts turn blue, and Ms. Pac-Man can eat them for bonus points. The Energizer power only lasts for a limited amount of time, as the ghost's eyes float back to their center box, and regenerate to chase after Ms. Pac-Man again.

Survive a few rounds of gameplay, and the player will be treated to humorous intermissions showing the growing romantic relationship between Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man, leading all the way up to the arrival of "Junior".

Ms. Pac-Man: Special Color Edition

All of the action and fun of the Ms. Pac-Man arcade game can be put in the palm of your hand with MS. PAC-MAN: Special Color Edition. You take control of the yellow disk adorned with lipstick and a pink bow, better known as the lovely Ms. Pac-Man. The goal is to guide her around the maze and eat all of the dots, avoiding the four ghosts that chase you. There are power pellets located in each corner of the maze which, when eaten, turn the ghosts blue. Once this happens, the ghosts can be eaten. Occasionally, fruit will float into the maze, which can be munched for extra points. If your friends want to play along, there is an alternating Two-Player mode. As an additional bonus, a complete version of SUPER PAC-MAN is included on the cartridge. Play as the first female arcade hero in MS. PAC-MAN: Special Color Edition.

Ms. Pac-Man Plus

Ms. Pac-Man must eat all the dots in a maze in order to advance to the next stage. She is chased by killer ghosts but she can eat them while powered-up after eating one of four large dots. Bonus points are awarded for eating the fruits and snacks that appear and wander the maze.

An enhanced port of Ms. Pac-Man, with additional content, released only in the Arcade Classics bundle, on the Philips CD-i.

Like in the original Pac-Man, the goal of the game is to eat all of the dots in a maze while avoiding the four ghosts; if one of the ghosts catches Ms. Pac-Man, a life is lost and the game ends when the player has no more remaining lives. In each corner of the maze are power pellets; when Ms. Pac-Man eats one of these, the ghosts temporarily turn blue and are no longer a threat (the player can earn bonus points for eating ghosts while blue). On some sides of the screen are warp tunnels which transport the player to the opposite side of the screen; if a ghost follows through the tunnel they are unable to move as fast allowing the player to use them to escape. Once all of the dots in the maze have been eaten, the player continues to the next level. As the levels progress, the difficulty is increased by increasing the overall game speed and the duration the ghosts remain blue after eating a power pellet is shortened (eventually disappearing altogether).

Pac-Man is in love! And what a star his sweetheart is, with her red ribbon and long eyelashes. Just like her leading man, Ms. Pac-Man chomps her way through mazes as she battles four ghosts. Round and round, back and forth, across the stage she races as she gobbles up dots, energy pills, teddy bears, fruit, and pretzels. Can she escape the marauding ghosts? Or will this be her final curtain? Will Pac-Man ever see his lady love again?

Namco Hometek, also known under the name Namco: The Game Creator, is a little-known subsidiary of Namco based in the U.S. They were the developers behind most of the Pac-Man games released from the early 90s to the mid-2000s. The company is commonly confused for Namco themselves, but the development teams were completely different, and on different parts of the globe. Their most famous release is Pac-Man World.

Tengen was a subsidiary of Atari Games Corporation under which home conversions of Atari Games' arcade games were developed and published. Tengen also published conversions of other manufacturers' arcade games, including Sega, Namco and Toaplan. Most of Tengen's NES releases were not licensed by Nintendo and Tengen faced a lawsuit because of this. In the early 1990s, Tengen also published several original games from various developers. The Tengen division was renamed to Time Warner Interactive (California) Inc. after Time Warner bought Atari Games Corporation in 1993.

After the business was sold to WMS Industries, the name was reverted to Tengen, Inc. However, the company was inactive until it was finally dissolved in 1999.
