A free update to Kingdom: New Lands released in 2017 for existing platforms.
Included in the PS4 version of the game and later PC releases by default.

Kingdom Two Crowns: Dead Lands

Enter the dark lands of Kingdom. Play as unique monarchs, including the Shardbinder Miriam, with powerful traits from the gothic horror action-RPG Bloodstained. Ride the gigantic beetle steed to lay out traps, the eerie undead mount that summons barriers impeding the progress of the Greed, and from Bloodstained the mythic demon horse “Gaming” with its powerful charge attack. Building your Kingdom has never been spookier!

We will continue to keep the feeling of exploration, discovery, and strategy alive in Kingdom Two Crowns in post-release updates with more themed settings, each with unique styles that marvel the eye while changing how you rule the lands.

Kingdom Two Crowns: Shogun

The next iteration in the successful microstrategy franchise, Kingdom Two Crowns will allow players to venture to exotic biomes across the world through expandable content. On day 1 of release, players can journey to lands inspired by the landscape, architecture, and culture of feudal Japan. Play as the mighty Shogun or Onna-bugeisha, enlist the support of the ninja, lead your soldiers to battle atop the mythological Kirin, and form new strategies as you brave the Greed hiding in the thick bamboo forests.

Kingdom was firstly released on October 2013 as a browser game. Developed by Noio, the title was a free to play game that used to run on all popular browsers until late 2020.

The browser game started as a Noio's personal project to learn horse animations, and ended up serving as the pilot project for the Steam game that would be released a couple of years later.
