Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection

The compilation features 48 Sega games (49 counting two versions of Altered Beast) which were previously released for the Mega Drive/Genesis (including most of the Sonic the Hedgehog titles released for the system), arcade and Sega Master System. It is similar to the Sega Genesis Collection released previously for the PlayStation 2 and PSP, however it contains 16 (in NTSC regions) more games (including unlockable extras).

Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol. 33: Fantasy Zone Complete Collection

This game contain every game released in the Fantasy Zone series (bar the redemption game), plus several "new" ones. The games are emulated, though there are handful of extra options to "improve" many of them.

Also included is Fantasy Zone Neo Classic which is an updated port of the Famicom version of Fantasy Zone, and Fantasy Zone II DX - a remastered version of Fantasy Zone II to look and feel as if it were running on Sega System 16 hardware.

The collection also includes development material for Fantasy Zone II, assorted other concept art, cover art masters, full cover/manual scans for the included games's Japanese, US, and European releases, and full flyer scans for the Japanese and English releases of the arcade games (including the redemption game).

Sega Astro City Mini

The Astro City Mini is a functional miniature version of the full-sized arcade cabinet that goes by the same name, and it includes 37 playable games.

The Mini features a built-in LCD screen, but if you’re interested in the bigger picture, it also includes an HDMI-out port, a headphone jack, and two USB-A ports.

Fantasy Zone

The Fantasy Zone is a solar system consisting of eight brightly colored, fantastic planets. The evil Menons are trying to take over all of the planets in the Fantasy Zone by using misappropriated foreign currency to build their forces. It is the player's job to recover all of the coins and save the solar system!

Fantasy Zone is an arcade style shooter for one or two players. The goal is to destroy all of the creatures on each planet and collect as many of the lost coins as possible. At the end of each level is a large enemy that will have to be defeated before moving on to the next world. At various points in the game, the player will be able to find a parts shop, which allows purchasing improvements for his spaceship, including better weapons and faster engines.

Fantasy Zone II

Fantasy Zone II: The Tears of Opa-Opa is the sequel to Fantasy Zone, in which you control Opa-Opa, a pretty colored ship with wings on its side. You must destroy the large creatures in each world before moving on to the next. Your task becomes difficult by other small creatures that happen to pass by. If you destroy a large creature, they will drop a dollar bill, which you can pick up and use at the shop to buy items and powerful weapons such as laser beams, x-way shots, and big wings. Another way to get money is to shoot certain kinds of enemies all in a row.

More often than not, some large creatures will reveal a warp gate rather than a dollar bill. You can go through the warp gate to get to another part of the land, and destroy more large creatures. Only one of them will have a warp gate in the form of a 'stop' sign - that is your ticket to the round boss, but you must defeat all large creatures in order to pass through it. Also like in the original can you walk on the ground to avoid approaching enemies, and spend money in the shop to get new weapons (but they only last for a limited time).

Super Fantasy Zone

Super Fantasy Zone is an entry in the Fantasy Zone series of games, and was initially released in 1992 for the Sega Mega Drive. Unlike previous outings, Super Fantasy Zone was handled entirely by Sunsoft (under license from Sega), who had previously brought Fantasy Zone and Fantasy Zone II to the Nintendo Famicom.

For unknown reasons the game was not released in cartridge form in North America, but is currently unconfirmed as being a Sega Channel title. It eventually saw a more widespread release as part of the Wii's Virtual Console service.

Originally titled "Fantasy Zone Gear: Opa Opa Jr. no Bōken", this game is technically a sequel to the first Fantasy Zone, but got released under the same name outside of Japan.

Like the other Fantasy Zone titles, this is a side-scrolling shooter where you can fly through the levels in both directions, with a boss fight waiting after you destroyed all "base" enemies (they are bigger than the regular enemies and static). Along the way you can upgrade your ship in shops, if you collect enough coins from destroyed enemies.

Space Fantasy Zone

Galactic Protector

Galactic Protector is a Sega Master System shoot-'em-up game developed and published by Sega. It stars Opa Opa of Fantasy Zone and Zillion fame, who must save various planets from enemies and debris hurtling towards them.

The game is built specifically for the Paddle Control, and therefore cannot be played on a standard Master System Control Pad. This also makes emulating the game tricky.

Like the Paddle Control itself, Galactic Protector was not released outside of Japan. It was released as part of the Fantasy Zone Complete Collection for the PlayStation 2, also Japan only.

Fantasy Zone: The Maze

The evil Menons have returned... in multi-level bases which are hidden in seven different planets! The brave Opa-Opa has been called to battle their evil threat. And joining him in the fight is his younger brother, Upa-Upa. Your Mission: Guide this brave team of brothers through level after level of treacherous mazes. Get the golden coins stolen by the Menon hoard and use them to purchase powerful weapons. The Fantasy Zone is counting on you! Don't let them down.

Sega Ages 2500 Vol. 3: Fantasy Zone

The third game in the Sega Ages 2500 line, this is a remake of the side-scrolling shoot-em-up Fantasy Zone.

3D Fantasy Zone: Opa-Opa Bros.

3D Fantasy Zone: Opa-Opa Bros. is an enhanced port of the Sega System 16 version of Fantasy Zone for the Nintendo 3DS released as part of the 3D Classics range.

3D Fantasy Zone: Opa-Opa Bros. enhances the game in various ways. Locating enemy bases has been made easier as a map is displayed on the touch screen to pinpoint their locations, along with optional markers displayed on-screen to direct the player. Coins collected in gameplay are saved to a "Coin Stock", allowing the player to withdraw some money when starting a new game.

Other new features include saving replays, savestates, and a stage select.

This version is for Nintendo Switch.

The LCD version of Fantasy Zone is an handheld game developed by Handheld Ltd.. It was distributed by Hashy Top-In in 2009 as part of the Pocket Boy Series.

It is a "port" the Sega System 16 game Fantasy Zone. This version of Fantasy Zone is reasonably accurate, simulating both regular Fantasy Zone play and boss battles. However, a lack of available graphics mean that some of the bosses are built of patterns of bases and enemies.

The Fantasy Zone port for Family Computer was developed by Sunsoft.

The mobile version of Fantasy Zone is a release of the arcade game Fantasy Zone adapted to J2ME-compatible mobile devices.

A port of Fantasy Zone for the NES by Tengen. It was released as an unlicensed game.

The Master System port of Fantasy Zone differs visually from the original arcade Sega System 16 version, since the hardware is much more limited.

Sega Enterprises, Ltd. was the company that resulted from the merger of Nihon Goraku Bussan and Rosen Enterprises.
