This collection lets you experience GUNBIRD in both its original Arcade form and its Saturn home release, alongside fan-favorite sequel GUNBIRD 2 (Arcade), preserving the intensity and charm that made PSIKYO a name synonymous with hardcore shoot-’em-ups.

Rounding out the package is a thoughtfully curated lineup of classic arcade and console titles, all playable on Polymega. Take to the skies with Exerion, Cybattler, Skyfox (Exerizer), and E.D.F., test your reflexes with the puzzle-shooter hybrid Gunbarich, and explore deeper sci-fi action in Second Earth: Gratia. The collection also bridges the arcade and console worlds with Earth Defense Force / Super E.D.F. and Operation: Logic Bomb (JP: Ikari no Yousai) for the SNES / Super Famicom. Arcade Archives: Cybattler

Cybattler is an action based shooting game released by Jaleco in 1993. Take control of the new prototype Cybattler mech, Blanche, and battle in space against a mysterious military force. Engage the enemy in a variety of ways. Get up close with the Beam sword, or take out multiple targets at once with the Beam launcher, the choice is up to you.

Jaleco Ltd. (株式会社ジャレコ, Kabushiki Kaisha Jareko) was a corporate brand name that was used by two previously connected video game developers and publishers based in Japan. The original Jaleco company was founded in 1974 as Japan Leisure Company, founded by Yoshiaki Kanazawa, before being renamed to simply Jaleco in the early 1980s. This company was later acquired in 2000 by PCCW, who rebranded it as their Japanese game division, PCCW Japan, before reverting it to Jaleco in 2002. In 2006, Jaleco became independent from PCCW and renamed to Jaleco Holding, having their video game operations spun off into a new company, also called Jaleco. This new spin-off company was sold to mobile developer Game Yarou in 2009, with Jaleco Holding renaming itself to Encom Holdings shortly after.

Cybattler is a up-scrolling shoot 'em up game where you take control of the mecha CYX-0017 BLANCHE that can shoot and slash with its plasma sword in all direction in a space themed environment. As you make progress you have to fight of various space crafts in varying sizes, other mechas and bosses. As well as evading destructible rocks. When using your gun a meter at the bottom of the screen depletes. The meter recharges when not used. Weapon and repair power-ups can be collected. The game can be played solo or with a friend.
